By accessing or using the Surf Tulsa application and website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Surf Tulsa provides information about inland surf spots, wave pools, and river surfing locations worldwide. The Service displays live river flow data, water temperatures, weather conditions, and spot information to help users plan surfing sessions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the app, including but not limited to:

• River flow rates and water levels
• Water temperatures
• Weather conditions and forecasts
• Spot status (open/closed)
• Wave pool operating schedules and pricing

Assumption of Risk

River surfing, wave pool surfing, and all water activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, injury, and exposure to waterborne hazards. By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You assume all risk associated with any water activities you undertake
• Data shown in the app should not be your sole source for safety decisions
• You should always check local conditions in person before entering any body of water
• You should follow all posted safety guidelines at surf locations
• Tulsa Surf Club is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the Service or reliance on its data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tulsa Surf Club, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Third-Party Content & Links

The Service includes data sourced from third parties (USGS, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap) and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Intellectual Property

The Surf Tulsa name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Tulsa Surf Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
